1How do I place an order?
To place an order, browse our selection of backpacks and gear, select the items you want, choose your preferred size or color, and click “Add to Cart.” Proceed to checkout, enter your shipping details, and complete the payment process.
2What should I do if my item is damaged or defective?
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@technowayessolution.com with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund.
3What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a variety of payment methods including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and cash on delivery (where available). All transactions are processed securely.
4How long will it take to receive my order?
Shipping times typically range from 5–10 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
5Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we primarily offer domestic shipping within Pakistan. For international shipping, please contact us directly, and we will try to accommodate your request.
6Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be changed or canceled only if they haven't been shipped. If the order has already been processed or dispatched, we cannot make any changes but you can return the item after delivery.
7Can I return a product if I change my mind?
Yes, you can return items within 30 days of receiving your order, provided they are unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging. Please refer to our Refund and Return Policy for details.
